      1. Summaries are due by 11:59pm on the next day of class, and ONLY be typed and directly posted online through the forum link(討論區) provided on NPUST moodle.

      2. You need to submit 4 summaries for the entire course/semester. The 5th will not be graded/counted.

      3. Each summary should use the following format: 

      First paragraph: Content of the class, including Dr. Chiang's lecture, and activities in the class. 

      Second paragraph: Any reflections based on your previous experiences, or questions regarding the class content. 

      Third paragraph: Terminology: list three terms/keywords with brief definitions that you learned in the class

      Word Count: 

      Notice: Each Summary should contain no less than 200 words. It must be written in English.
      Notice: Plagiarism is not allowed and not acceptable

    *Greet the audience and introduce yourself.*

    *Thank the audience and invite questions.*

    1. Keep it simple. (clear topic, one subject, simple PPT design, easy-to-read word font, use everyday English, short sentences)

    2. 40 words (5 points x 8 words)

    3. Provide a definition to your presentation's subject.

    4. ODIR procedure: Orientation, Delivery, Interaction, Recap

    5. Visual Aids (photos, pictures, video/sound clips, graphs, charts,...)
