This course covers the content and concepts related to creativity and innovation. The topics include the five innovators’ DNAs, innovative psychology, social culture and creativity, and etc. By following the five-stages of design thinking processes (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test), students can make and test their innovative prototypes based on the problem derived from Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of their interest. In the course, students can develop their competence in creativity and innovation, problem-solving, teamwork and higher-order thinking through course lectures, individual and group practices and reflections.
