課程大綱Course Description:
隨著資訊科技進步,銷售時點情報系統,是現今餐飲業不可或缺的門市資訊管理系統,銷售時點情報系統的建立雖可提餐飲業提升工作效率與服務品質;但系統在設計上若未考量介面使用性及人機互動,反而會致使諸多問題發生,這些問題包含使用者操作系統之低滿意度及低接受度,以及造成操作錯誤等。本研究之研究目的為透過人機互動觀點,評估銷售點系統之人機互動及介面使用性,針對系統之介面設計問題提出改善方法,並發展一套未來設計、建立及改善銷售點系統介面設計準則的參考依據。
English Outline:
With the progress of information technology, point-of-sale system is an indispensable information management system in the restaurant industry. Although the establishment of the point-of-sale system can improve the efficiency and service quality of the restaurant industry, the system is not considered in the design And human-computer interaction, but will cause a number of problems, these problems include low satisfaction and low acceptance level of the user's operating system, as well as causing operational errors. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the human-computer interaction and interface usage of the point-of-sale system through the human-machine interaction viewpoint. The improving method of the interface design of the system is proposed and a future design, establishing and improving the interface design Guidelines of the point-of-sale system for reference can be developed.
