課程大綱Course Description：

本課程之目的在於提供學習者分析與評估系統效能之技術，本課程理論與實務並重，在理論方面將著重於以排隊理論之研究，在實務方面將以套裝軟體模擬系統行為，並加以評估與分析。

English Outline：

The purpose of this course is to provide the basic techniques analysis andevaluation system performance. Both theoretical and practical aspects arefocused.In the theoretical aspect, we will focus queuing theory. In the practical aspect,we will learn how to use simulation package to models sytem performance.
