課程大綱Course Description: |
本課程的目標是指導學生使用生物資訊學工具解決生物學和水產養殖問題。課程的學生將學習相關的生物資訊學原理以及如何使用各種應用程式進行生物資訊分析。我們將討論使用生物數據進行細菌基因組學、宏基因組學、轉錄組學和物種鑑定的工具和技術。本課程使用基於網路的分析工具,將學術講座與實踐任務結合。學生可以使用分析和解釋分子數據的線上工具。 The goal of this course is to instruct students in the use of bioinformatics tools for biology and aquaculture problem-solving. Students in the course will learn about relevant bioinformatic principles as well as how to use a variety of applications for bioinformatic analysis. We will discuss tools and techniques using biological data for bacterial genomics, metagenomics, transcriptomics, and species identification. Using a web-based analytical tool, the course will mix academic lectures with practical tasks. Online tools for analyzing and interpreting molecular data will be available to the students. |
