課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨在介紹人力資源管理之功能與相關要素和活動，以瞭解農企業人力資源從業人員在管理上作為策略合作夥伴的作用。本課程所探討之關鍵內容包含招募、選才、員工發展、績效評估、留才及薪資管理等。最終學生能夠運用本課程所學之知識，應用與解決在工作中所遭遇到的人力資源管理問題。

English Outline：

This course is an introduction to the human resource management (HRM) function and related elements and activities to examine the role of the human resource professional as a strategic partner in managing today’s agribusinesses. Key functions such as recruitment, selection, development, appraisal, retention, and compensation are examined. As a result, students will be able to take what they have learned in the course and apply it to solving HRM problems they will encounter on the job.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1. Define the roles and activities of a agribusiness's human resource management function. 2. Discuss how to strategically plan for the human resources needed to meet organizational goals and objectives. 3. Define the process of job analysis and discuss its importance as a foundation for human resource management practice.
