課程大綱Course Description：

長期照護服務使用者的需求越來越多元，需要跨專業團隊的合作，才能有效地整合資源，提供完整的服務。因此，本課程旨在培養學生跨專業團隊合作的能力，透過各種案例討論，協助學生瞭解專業團隊在長期照護領域的角色、功能、運作模式、重要性以及團隊發生衝突時的因應原則。

English Outline：

Transdisciplinary teamwork in long term care is important because of diverse needs of service users, which effectively integrates resources and provides complete services. Therefore, the course is designed to help students develop transdisciplinary teamwork skills. Through case discussion, students will understand the roles, functions, working models, importance of transdisciplinary teamwork in long term care and principles of conflict resolution.
