                            管理學遠距教學重要事項：

                             

                            管理學遠距教學課前準備

                            1、下載軟體並安裝至電腦、平板或是手機

                            2、註冊帳號，可用 Google、FB 帳號登入亦可


                            每次上管理學的課程指引

                             

                            1、請按照正常上課時段登入此軟體來上課

                            2、每堂課前十分鐘，請至數位學習平台上，選擇管理學課程。請特別注意『每一節課為一場視訊會議，會有其特定的會議 ID 碼及密碼』，請務必根據上課時段挑選『對的會議』場次加入

                            3、課間休息時會結束會議，休息完畢後，請再至數位學習平台上，選擇下一堂課程的會議場次

                            4、加入會議時，須先更改暱稱為「 B10957XXX 姓名 」，以利點名使用，若無更名，視為沒有報到上課

                            5、登入後，請在聊天室內打上「 B10957XXX 姓名 簽到 」，作為上課簽到之用，且必須每節課前在聊天室內留下姓名學號

                                    期末考試注意事項：

                                    1、期末考試需使用「Teams」開啟考試即時畫面
                                    6/24(四                                    )中午12點整，會在此公告會議連結，請於網址點選 加入會議 → 填寫姓名與學號（例：B10957XXX 王小明）→ 即可加入
                                    切記，學號姓名未打者不予進入

                                    2、考試當日，若無開啟視訊鏡頭者，期末考成績扣「５分」，請務必先行準備好考試所需之設備

                                    ※ 在公告欄有加入會議的SOP供參考

                                    跟同學們宣導：

                                    因為６／２４數位學習平台線上測驗課程可能會很多，有可能網站會有擁塞情況，造成網站執行速度緩慢。雖然數位學習平台主機設備及頻寬都有擴充，但一下子擁入太多人上線，可能造成主機負載過重，加上若學生端之電腦效能及網路設備不佳，難免會有不暢順情況。所以，請同學留意以下兩件事：

                                    (1)、 遇到網站執行速度變慢時：麻煩請耐心等候，幾分鐘後將會逐步有所改善，線上測驗仍持續進行中。
                                    (2)、萬一不幸學生關閉瀏覽器或遇到當機：測驗規定時間內都可繼續測驗，同學只要再次登入數位學習平台，點選要作答的測驗卷，再按【重新上次測驗】鍵便可，即可繼續考試。
                                    (3)、作答完畢後，請將畫面移至最後，會有『全部送出並結束』的選項，點選此選項才能完成作答
