This course is designed to meet the growing needs for psychological well-being and leisure recreation in modern society, providing students with comprehensive theoretical and practical training. Integrating core concepts of natural recreation therapy with self-awareness and emotional management skills, the course offers rich case studies, group discussions, and hands-on practices. Students are trained to design and implement personalized recreation therapy programs that aim to foster expertise in self-healing and assisting others in achieving relaxation and wellness. The curriculum covers four main components: 1.In-depth teaching of recreation theory to establish a solid professional foundation for students. 2.Field assessment and evaluation of recreational resources to enhance real-world application skills. 3.Conducting workshops on spiritual well-being to improve students' self-understanding and emotional regulation. 4.Case studies on recreational environment planning to strengthen practical skills and innovative thinking.
