This course is designed to enable graduate level students to develop the skills and strategies necessary for training program and evaluation technologies in order for the improvement of on-going organizations. Included will be a content and process of training programs, an analysis of strategies and theories to training program and evaluation, and the effective techniques of evaluation technologies.
