This course is designed to enable graduate level students to develop the skills and strategies necessary for Technological and Vocational education evaluation and supervision in order for the improvement of on-going programs. Included will be a historical review of the fields, an analysis of approaches and theories to educational evaluation and supervision, and techniques of the effective evaluators and supervisors.
