The topics include: Introduction of properties and benefits of vegetable production, Food value of vegetables, Classification of vegetables, Types of vegetables production, The relationship between soil and weather condition of vegetables production, Vegetables seedling growing and the application of mulching with PE, Fertilizers and irrigation, Cultivation management, Control of disease and insects, Varieties of vegetables and Introduction of the individual vegetable crops in Taiwan.
