This course is aimed at the innovative protection of biomaterials, providing a systematic and holistic introduction to the concept of intellectual property law, and presenting how to use the intellectual property method to protect biomaterial-related innovations. The course content mainly introduces the intellectual property rights law including the basic concepts and case applications of patents, trademarks, copyrights and business secrets, so that students can understand what kind of intellectual property protection should be protected by different types of innovation. It is hoped that students can train students to have the creative collection ability before the development of biomaterials through patent analysis and retrieval, and to access the latest information and technology at home and abroad.
