The content of the course include: evolution and domestication, behavior biology, behavior development, genetics and behavior, ingestive behavior, social behavior, communication behavior, sexual behavior, maternal behavior, learning behavior, eliminative behavior, fear, stereotypic behavior, destructive behavior, elderly behavior, behavior difference among breeds, relationship between dog and human beings. Students have to learn the above topics if they want to raise dogs or become trainers. To learn the knowledge also can avoid dog attack and to become a good friend of dog. The course also can provide students some knowledge to avoid the development of abnormal behavior of dogs. Owners of dogs will love their dogs more, if dogs are behaviorally healthy.
