課程大綱Course Description:
現今農產品及食品、化妝品產業多導入生物科技,以強化創新與研發,優化農業及食品產業。生物技術在提升國際市場競爭力的同時,提高農漁畜產品之安全,增進國人健康,發展永續農業,是我國農業及食品生技產業之重要課題。為強化化妝品產業、農產品及食品產業自主管理能力,降低遵循法規成本,減少法規障礙,有必要培養跨領域人才,瞭解並完善農業與食品、化妝品生技產業之法規環境。本課程目標為瞭解相關政策並配合國家施政方向進行深入介紹法規與闡明認證之需求。
English Outline:
Nowadays, bio-tech is introduced into the agricultural products and food and cosmetics industries to strengthen innovation and research and development, and to optimize the agriculture and food industries. While improving the competitiveness of the international market, biotechnology has improved the safety of agricultural and fishery products, promoted the health of Chinese people, and developed sustainable agriculture. It is an important topic in China\'s agricultural and food technology industries. In order to strengthen the self-management capabilities of the cosmetics industry, agricultural products and food industry, reduce compliance with regulatory costs, and reduce regulatory barriers, it is necessary to cultivate cross-disciplinary talents and understand and improve the regulatory environment for agriculture and food and cosmetics biotechnology industries. The goal of this course is to understand relevant policies and to provide an in-depth introduction to regulations and clarification of certification requirements in line with national governance.
