課程大綱Course Description：

本課程著重於山羊精液品質之評估、山羊精液冷凍之成分分析及冷凍技術，引導學生充分了解山羊精液冷凍之重要性與未來產業之應用性。本課程內容將提升山羊精液冷凍之實作技術，以加速山羊產業轉型升級成科學畜牧之目標，培育山羊精液鑑定之高階專業人才與冷凍保存技術之專門技術人員。

English Outline：

This course focuses on the assessment of the quality of goat semen, the analysis of goat semen frozen components, and the freezing technology, and guides students to fully understand the importance of goat semen freezing and the application of future industries. This course will improve the technology of the practice of goat semen freezing, in order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the goat industry into the goal of scientific livestock husbandry, nurture the expertise of high-level professionals and cryopreservation specialists in goat semen identification.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

為提升台灣禽畜產業之競爭力，結合畜產科學與生物科技，培育具備種畜禽遺傳育種改良技術、高效率繁殖生產技術、現代化禽畜舍規劃與飼養管理技術、飼料配方設計與製造技術、安全畜產品開發與利用技術、實驗動物飼養管理技術及永續禽畜場管理技術等專業人才。同時，應用理論與實務並重之課程模組，養成兼具社會道德倫理與多元文化素養之現代化經濟動物生產之技術管理人才，以開拓畜產業之新契機。
