| 本門課介紹為維持農產品之品質，或改變農產品之外形或特性的工程原理與技術。介紹主題包括物料處理、清洗、分級、選別、乾燥、脫水、研磨、混合、儲藏、冷凍、輸送等。 |

| This course introduces engineering principles and techniques for maintaining the quality of agricultural products or changing the shape or characteristics of agricultural products. The topics covered include material handling, cleaning, grading, sorting, drying, dewatering, grinding, mixing, storage, freezing, and transportation. |
