課程大綱Course Description:
工程數學內容相當豐富,甚盼學生以輕鬆愉快的心情開始欣賞「工程數學」的各種方法、理論及應用,達到下列教學目標: 1.本課程之教材經過精心編排,期使學生容易學習與瞭解,並著重在各種不同方法的正確應用,而不是在公式的記憶。 2.透過循序漸進的例題與習題並藉由「註記」的輔助,以培養學生自我學習的興趣與信心。 3.經由與日常生活及專業課程相關之例題與習題,提高學生之學習興趣與參與,並藉由不同方法於相同問題的應用,培養學生推理及思考之能力。 4.透過課堂上之講授及習作,使學生熟練各種不同方法的解題技巧,並培養學生利用工程數學解決實際應用問題之能力。
English Outline:
Engineering Mathematics covers a wide range of syllabus requirements. In particular, this text will provide a foundation in mathematical principles, which will enable students to solve mathematical, scientific and associated engineering principles. In addition, the material will provide engineering applications and mathematical principles necessary for advancement onto a range of Incorporated Engineer degree profiles. It is widely recognized that a students’ ability to use mathematics is a key element in determining subsequent success.
