在21世紀知識爆發的時代裡 ，知識經濟的產業潮流正大量以各種傳播媒介擴散到世界各地，其中又以歐、美英語系國家長期以來先進的科學能力為主導。因此，要提升自我的專業技術能力，自學並經由英文書籍、網站或專業法規汲取知識，是能力增長不可或缺的工具。考量當今科技產業的發展與專業英文能力息息相關，強化科技英文實務之認知能力刻不容緩。

English Outline：

In the 21st century of knowledge outbreaking, the industrial trend of the knowledge economy is spreading to various parts of the world through various media, which is dominated by European and American English-speaking countries with their long-term advanced scientific ability. Therefore, it is an indispensable tool for capacity growth to improve professional and technical skills through the learning by English books, websites or professional codes. Considering that the development of the technology industry today is closely related to the professional English ability, it is imperative to strengthen the cognitive ability of the scientific English practice.
