課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要著重於國際企業在財務管理領域的相關概念、理論與實務，包括國際資金市場、匯率決定、貨幣衍生性商品、利率平價、匯率預測、交易曝險、經濟曝險與換算曝險、跨國資本預算決策、跨國資金成本、長期債務融資、短期債務及現金管理等。

English Outline：

This course focuses on the related financial concepts, theories and practices in a multinational company, including international capital market, determination of exchange rate, currency derivatives, interest rate parity, forecasting exchange rates, transaction exposure, economic exposure and translation exposure, international capital budgeting, multinational cost of capital, long-term debt financing, short-term financing and cash management.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1. 認識國際企業及國際財務管理的相關環境。 2. 介紹國際金融市場、國際投資、國際會計等國際財管的重要議題。 3. 分析國際企業在流動資產和負債以及長期資產和負債的管理策略，以培養學生在國際財務管理上的實力。
