課程大綱Course Description：

課堂上除介紹蜜蜂生物學知識、有趣的生態現象與行為外，並分配蜂群讓修課同學實際飼養蜜蜂，並採收蜂蜜、蜂蠟產品，修課同學可從實際養蜂過程中印證課堂所學內容，以明瞭蜜蜂對人類的貢獻與其生態地位。

English Outline：

This course is intended to teach the basics of beekeeping techniques in the field. Major topics include identification of different castes of honey bees, rearing honey bees, harvesting honey and pollens and other products from beehives, and other related topics.
