課程大綱Course Description：

在企業經營策略指導下，針對企業個體中之生產或服務系統的生產或轉換活動，從投入到產出的全部過程，將人員物料及所需之相關設備設施等，做最有效的組合與規劃，並與其他相關設施協調，以期獲致安全、效率與經濟的操作，滿足企業經營需求，同時更進一步能對企業長期的組織功能和發展產生更積極的影響和效益。電腦化佈置及演算法為主要之規劃手段與最佳化方法。

English Outline：

To plan and optimize the entire manufacturing or service system performance is the major objective of this course. Re-arrange and re-layout system facilities to enhance efficiency and to promote organization's profit and business long-term efficiency. Computerized facilities layout and algorithms and lean production will be introduced to provide the methodologies to plan and re-layout factories.
