課程大綱Course Description：

經營管理專題討論之主要目的在於以實務探討的角度分析與研討有關管理上重要的問題，包含組織策略管 理、行銷管理、人力資源管理、財務管理、生產與作業管理等，學習者在討論之後，將會對這些 議題有更為深入的瞭解。

English Outline：

The main purpose of Special Topic 1 is to introduct the newest issues in the field of management from the perspectives of practical consideration. The topics in the class will include the issues of marketing management, human resource managementm, ficance management, and operation management. After particpation, the learners will have a more clear understanding regard to the important issues in management.
