課程大綱Course Description:

「憲法」一辭,源自英文”Constitution”之翻譯,拉丁文的原意乃指「制度」、「結構」,憲法作為一套制度而言,無論在我國古代或西方,都是指國家的最高規範。
憲法為國家根本大法,規範政府組織、架構與職權,以及人民的基本權利義務。在一個民主的社會,人民能夠瞭解憲法在政府體制的運作、人民權利保障的設計,才能夠讓憲法精神在社會中落實,因此憲法與人民生活是息息相關。
本課程經由對中華民國憲法與歷次增修條文內容的介紹和評析、探討當前各種憲政議題、並適時介紹世界主要民主國家的憲政制度,使學生了解我國憲政體制的運作及國民的權利義務,以具備民主、人權、法治的修養。

“The constitution” a refined language, the source from English” Constitution” the translation, Latin original intention is refers to “the system”, “the structure”, the constitution took set of systems say, regardless of in our country ancient times or the West, all were refers to national the highest standard.
Constitution is the supreme law of a country. The Constitution of the Republic of China establishes the framework of the R.O.C. government , structures the relationship between government and its people and prescribes the fundamental rights and obligations of the people under the Constitution. By introducing and analyzing its contents and its amendments, it is expected that students would have a thorough understanding of the Constitution and its practices. Thus students can fully understand their rights and obligations as citizens of this country.
