課程大綱Course Description：

本課程教導學生從企業流程管理與ERP、銷售與配送、生產規劃、採購與發票驗證流程、庫存管理、物料預測流程、財會作業流程、成本控制管理、專案系統管理、人力資源作業流程、系統評選、系統導入，以及從ERP到企業e化等，有助學生理解ERP的整體架構，以提升企業管理效能。

English Outline：

This course will teach students enterprise resource planning system from the business process management , sales and distribution, production planning, procurement and invoice verification process, inventory management, material forecasting process, accounting work flow, cost control management, project management, human resources workflow, system selection , System import, and e-business from ERP to e-commerce. It helps students to understand the overall architecture of ERP so as to enhance the efficiency of enterprise management.

本系旨在配合國家教育目標、經濟情勢變遷、工商企業發展及本校中長期發展計畫，以連貫的課程規劃對學生施以密集的專業訓練，並陶冶其職業道德及服務精神，培育企業管理技術人才，使學生能擔任與企業人力資源、行銷、財務、生產、資訊有關之計畫、執行、控制等管理工作。
