課程大綱Course Description：

本課程之目的，在使學生獲得食品業經營之理論與實務的相關知識，課程主要內容包括食品產業之介紹，食品保存方法，決策，溝通，食品品質，成本分析，人際關係處理技巧、說明、激勵、與領導，企業功能，以及食品公司之規劃、執行與控制。

English Outline：

The objective of this course is designed to teach the related knowledge of the theory and practice of food company management. The major contents includes introduction to food industry, the methods of food preservation, decision, communication, food quality, cost analysis, the skills of the human relationship, business functions and food company planning , execution, and controlling.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1.培育學生農企業管理進階專業知識與技能。 2.結合教師相關之產業研究計畫成果，或推廣服務成效，培育具備研究能力之農企業管理人才。 3.配合實務專題及暑期校外實習，加強學生農企業經營管理能力之培訓。 4.提升學生國際視野及未來就業機會。
