課程大綱Course Description：

授課內容涵蓋鹿隻品種介紹、育種策略、營養與飼養管理、繁殖技術、疾病防治與自衛防疫等基本知識，使學生熟悉鹿飼養管理與育種計畫擬訂，以及生物安全防治等概念，培養具備養鹿基本技能。

English Outline：

This course will cover introduction of deer breeds, breeding strategy, nutrition and feeding management, reproduction technology, and disease control as well as biosecurity. Student will be expected to gain the professional knowledge in feeds and feeding, breeding program setup, and biosecurity concept for deer farming.

1. 使學生瞭解鹿隻品種、生理、營養、飼養管理及鹿場疾病防治等基本知識。（知識） 2. 使學生熟悉鹿飼養管理與經營，以及生物安全防治等概念，培養具備養鹿基本技能。（技能） 3. 使學生具備應用科學研究與鹿場現場管理之專業態度。（態度）
