課程大綱Course Description：

本課程之設計主要在介紹正確的分析方法，儀器的正確使用，以減少分析結果之誤差，配合飼料所需單位原料之品質檢查方法及配合飼料製造流程之品管現代技術，內容包括：飼料分析的基本操作、飼料分析的方法、原理和應用、單位原料之品質管理、配合飼料之品質管理、添加物之品質管理、飼料製造之品質管理。

English Outline：

This course is designed to give the students to use the instruments correctly and accurately, to reduce the analytical error, to assist the students to understand the modern technique about the detection of the ingredients and the quality control of the formula feeds. The contents include the basic operation of feed analysis, methods, principles and applications of feed analysis, the judgment and quality control of the ingredients, the quality control of the formula feeds and feed additives, and the quality control of the formula feeds manufacturing.

本科目教學目標Purpose： 為提升台灣禽畜產業之競爭力，結合畜產科學與生物科技，培育具備種畜禽遺傳育種改良技術、高效率繁殖生產技術、現代化禽畜舍規劃與飼養管理技術、飼料配方設計與製造技術、安全畜產品開發與利用技術、實驗動物飼養管理技術及永續禽畜場管理技術等專業人才。同時，應用理論與實務並重之課程模組，養成兼具社會道德倫理與多元文化素養之現代化經濟動物生產之技術管理人才，以開拓畜產業之新契機。
