本課程將淺談運動訓練學的各項理論及運用在運動競賽的實務部分,重點將著重於學生的基礎體能提升,並學習如何正確安全地提升身體控制能力及自我訓練能力。

This course will discuss various theories of sports training and its application in the practical part of sports competitions. It will focus on students’ basic physical fitness promotion and learn how to properly and safely improve physical control and self-training skills.
