課程大綱Course Description：

全球水產繁養殖產業正遭受嚴重地疫病侵襲，造成重大的經濟損失，眾所周知，疾病是預防重於治療，本課程銜接水產繁養殖技術相關基礎課程，建立水產繁養殖生物安全防疫設施，並規畫防疫作業流程，藉以訓練學生具有生物安全之觀念及熟悉生物安全之作業模式與流程，提升水產繁養殖技術，促進產業之永續經營。

English Outline：

The global aquaculture industry is suffering from severe epidemic diseases, causing significant economic losses. As everyone knows, disease is more important than prevention. This course connects with basic courses related to aquaculture technology, establishes aquatic breeding biological safety and epidemic prevention facilities and plans The epidemic prevention operation process is used to train students to have a concept of biosafety and to be familiar with the operation modes and procedures of biosafety, to improve aquaculture and breeding technology, and to promote sustainable operation of the industry.
