課程大綱Course Description：

本課程乃響應教育部推動性別平等教育的政策，銜接各級學校性別平等教育，使學生在認知、情意、行動三層面有所接續，更讓學生得知相關權益規範，培養正確的性別權利意識，進而在國家公私領域中，運用相關法律權利知識以保障自身權益。 本課程之目標期望透過全面解析人類與生俱來的性、性別與現今政治體系、法律規範及社會變遷的關係，讓學生了解近年來性別平等之相關法律意涵，以促進多元文化之下兩性平權的發展。

English Outline：

This curriculum is responds the Ministry of Education to move the gender equality education the policy, links up all levels of schools gender equality education, causes the student in the cognition, the cordiality, the action, to move three level to have continues, lets the student know the related rights and interests standard, raises the correct gender right consciousness, then in the national public and private domain, protects own rights and interests using the correlation law right knowledge. Goal of the this curriculum expected penetrates comprehensively analyzes the human born that way nature, the sex, the gender and the nowadays political system, the legal standard and the social change relations, lets the student understand correlation of human rights in recent years gender equality contained, promoted under the multicultural the gender equal rights development. Specifically says, this curriculum goal is: First, the introduction, the sex, the gender and the human rights law meaning of contain with the relations. Second, is in familiar law right of and duty about the gender. Third, the bright present gender human rights subject has been the advantage and the shortcoming. Fourth, lets the student in be the multicultural and the open society, takes by the human rights law of the supporter, protects own right. Fifth, the study respect emerging gender subject concerns the human rights to dispute that, manifests the contemporary gender and the human rights dead end and the new thought together.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

具體而言，本課程目標為：一、介紹性、性別與人權法律之意涵與關係。二、熟悉法律中關於性別之權利與義務。三、明瞭現行性別人權法律議題之優、缺點。四、讓學生在多元及開放社會中，以人權法律作為後盾，保障自身之權利。五、學習尊重新興性別議題所涉人權法律爭議，共同體現當代性別與人權法律的困境及新思維。
