本課程以發酵技術為核心,介紹利用微生物的代謝活動過程,經生物轉化應用微生物或其代謝產物於各種產業發酵產品,讓學生了解微生物的發酵專業知識與實務操作技術。

This course takes fermentation technology as the core content, introduces the process of utilizing the metabolic activities of microorganisms, and applies microorganisms or their metabolites to produce ferment products in various industries through biotransformation, and let students can understand the fermentation expertise and practical operation techniques of microorganisms
