課程大綱Course Description：

實習內容在使學生經由實務訓練，可習得相關養豬技術、規劃及經營之實務訓練，以造就成為真正養豬經營之專業人才。實習內容包括品種與選種評分、豬場清洗與消毒、分娩輔助、發情觀察與配種、豬場紀錄規劃、豬舍建築設計與豬舍配置規劃、飼料需求量估計、飼養成本之概估、經濟經營規模擬定、投資報酬之分析、市場供需資料之搜集及總生產成本與收益之計算與分析。
