課程大綱Course Description：

本課程簡介現代動物育種相關技術，包含動物識別系統、影像輔助記錄系統及分子遺傳技術(包含輔助繁殖技術、基因轉殖技術、基因標記輔助選拔、胚幹細胞DNA重組、複製、DNA微陣列輔助選拔、分子標記性別鑑定、運用高濃度SNP定序進行全基因組選拔、DNA條碼等)。

English Outline：

The course is aiming on introduction of modern technologies applied for animal breeding which include Electronic Identification System, Image Assisted Recording System, Molecular Genetics Technique, such as Assisted Reproductive Technology, Transgenic Technology, Marker Assisted Selection .DNA Recombination in Embryonic Stem Cells, Cloning Technology, DNA Microarray Technology, Sex Determination by the Help of Molecular Markers, Use of High-Density SNP Genotyping for Whole-Genome Selection, and DNA Barcoding Markers for Species Identification.
