課程大綱Course Description：

通識教育是通才教育、博雅教育、品德教育，也是美學教育，不但是要學貫中西，也要博貫古今，還要上通天文，下知地理。一般課程受限於時間與經費，所學總是有限。因此舉辦此通識大師講座，聘請國內頂尖的大師級人物，利用最短的時間，從各方面增加各位的修養與認知。

English Outline：

General education, it is means liberal education, learned and accomplished education, moral education and esthetics education. This education not only learned from orient through west, but also know extensive from now on through the past. General course is limit to time and funds, it is always limited to study. So, we hold this great master lecture class of general education. Utilize the shortest time, we increase everybody\s training and cognition from every side.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

配合國內、外水產養殖相關產業脈動、國家教育目標與政策及本校發展計畫，規劃聯貫性課程，培育學生具有社會道德倫理與專業素養、訓練學生具有水產繁養殖與育種、水族營養與飼料、產銷經營管理、資源保育與永續利用等專業知識與應用技能，使學生具有創業或服務相關產業之能力。
