課程大綱Course Description：

生物化學係在專門講授水產動物之構造成份，其中包括蛋白質、核酸、酵素、脂質、碳水化合物等，以及這些營養素之代謝，俾使學生對水產動物的基礎結構與功能有所認識。

English Outline：

Biochemistry provides a specific topics on the structure of constituents of aquatic animals, including proteins, nucleic acids, enzymes, lipids, and carbohydrate, as well as the metabolism of these nutrients. The purpose of this course is to encourage the students well understand modern biochemical concepts in aquatic animals and their products.
