本課程旨在培養學生熟悉各類水中調查技術，透過理論講授與實務操作，逐步建立水域環境與生物資源調查的知識與技能。課程內容涵蓋潛水技術應用、水文水質測定、底質調查、生物多樣性評估與數據分析，並強調倫理原則與安全。學生將學習如何運用調查方法蒐集與分析資料，以應用於水產養殖、漁業管理及海洋生態保育等相關領域。

English Outline：

This course is designed to equip students with knowledge and skills in various underwater survey techniques. Through lectures and practical exercises, students will learn methods to investigate aquatic environments and biological resources. Topics include diving survey applications, hydrographic and water quality measurements, substrate assessments, biodiversity monitoring, and data analysis, with emphasis on ethical principles and safety. Students will gain the ability to collect and analyze field data for applications in aquaculture, fisheries management, and marine conservation.
