課程大綱Course Description：

憲法之主要功能在於規定國家組織及保障基本權。本課程將介紹中華民國憲法所規定之國家組織及其所保障之基本權。授課教師將講授憲法之基本概念，並挑選實際案例，使學生認識日常生活中所存在之憲法議題。除授課教師講授外，本課程重視學生之課堂參與，希望透過提問、討論、發表，使學生能將課堂上所講授之基本概念應用於實際生活中。

English Outline：

The main function of the constitutional law is the regulation of the state organization and the protection of fundamental rights. This course introduces the regulations of the Constitution of the Republic of China (Taiwan) about the organization of the state and the fundamental rights enshrined. The instructor lectures on the basic concepts of the constitutional law and chooses some real cases to make the students know the constitutional issues in daily life. In additional to the lecture by the instructor, this course emphasizes the participation of the students. The aim is to make the students be able to apply the basic concepts lectured in class to the real life by means of asking questions, discussion and presentation.
