The teaching content of this course design starts from the preparation, extraction and composition analysis of novel biotechnology raw materials, and then performs safety and efficacy evaluations according to relevant laws and regulations of different products, and then formulates formulations and mass production conditions according to the demands of the products to be developed. Students will learn how to develop market-competitive products. Combining teachers from different departments and industry teachers from different types of biotechnology industries in the school, including commercialization processes such as raw materials, evaluation, certification, and design, can stimulate students' ability to think systematically and solve problems, and can propose planning strategies.
