課程大綱Course Description:
本課程設計之教學內容從新穎生技原料製備、萃取及成份分析開始,再針對不同產品相關法令規定,執行安全性與功效性評估,再依欲研發產品之訴求,擬定配方及量產條件,學生將可習得如何開發具市場競爭力的產品。結合校內不同系所教師、不同類別生技產業的業界教師,包括原料、評估、認證、設計等商品化流程,能激發出學生系統思考力與解決問題的能力,並能提出規劃策略,未來進入職場,具備足夠韌性因應不同挑戰。
English Outline:
The teaching content of this course design starts from the preparation, extraction and composition analysis of novel biotechnology raw materials, and then performs safety and efficacy evaluations according to relevant laws and regulations of different products, and then formulates formulations and mass production conditions according to the demands of the products to be developed. Students will learn how to develop market-competitive products. Combining teachers from different departments and industry teachers from different types of biotechnology industries in the school, including commercialization processes such as raw materials, evaluation, certification, and design, can stimulate students' ability to think systematically and solve problems, and can propose planning strategies. In the workplace, have enough resilience to cope with different challenges.
