課程大綱Course Description:
本基礎體能課程之目的,期能透過基礎的體能訓練,以促進學生之健康體能與競技體能,並透過教學的過程,增加學生對基本運動技術的認知;更可透過基礎體能測驗,使學生了解各項測驗的方法與目的,進而知悉自我之體能狀態以及優缺點,以作為日後發展終身運動之依據。
English Outline:
This course is designed to improve the health-related physical fitness and skill-related physical fitness from basic physical training and improving the basic sports skill of students. The other focus is making students to understand the physical fitness of himself by basic physical fitness test.
本科目教學目標Course Objectives:
1.了解運動與健康之關係
2.了解籃球與羽球運動知識與規則
3.學習籃球與羽球的運動技能
4.提升運動參與興趣,培養良好運動習慣
1. Understand the relationship between exercise and health
