課程大綱Course Description：

課程中英文摘要 本課程目的在介紹台灣高溫多濕的環境下，養猪事業之成就與豐富之經驗以及國內外養猪業之先進技術與科學知識。其內容包括豬場生物安全與疾病防治、豬舍設計與大數據分析應用、種豬生殖管理實務、Pigchamp 數據分析實例、母豬精實管理、肉豬精實管理等。

English Outline：

The purpose of this course is to introduce the achievements and rich experiences in the swine industry in Taiwan's hot and humid environment, as well as advanced technologies and scientific knowledge in the domestic and international swine industry. Its content includes biosecurity and disease prevention in pig farms, the application of big data analysis, practical aspects of breeder reproduction management, examples of data analysis using Pigchamp, sow management practices, and lean management in pig production.
