課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要介紹昆蟲營養、呼吸、消化、排泄、循環、神經、生殖及腺體等系統之生理作用及機制。強調昆蟲為適應各種環境而在生理構造及功能上的變化，並比較昆蟲與哺乳動物生理間的差異。

English Outline：

Introduce life process of the insects, including major life system, nervous system, reproductive development and behavior. Emphasize the physiological variation of the structure and function in insects to adapt the living environment. The differences of physiology between insect and mammals are discussed.
