課程大綱Course Description：

本課程將以深入淺出的方式，介紹植物組織培養的基本原理、方法和應用，內容包括器官、組織、細胞等培殖體之建立、體胚之誘導、癒合組織的誘導、細胞懸浮培養、二次代謝產物、大量繁殖及遺傳工程上的應用等。

English Outline：

This course includes the introduction of the concepts of plant tissue culture, and students will learn how to prepare plant tissue culture mediums, perform disinfection technology, and plant microbial propagation, etc. so as to have basic plant tissue culture and modern plant- biotechnology abilities.
