本課程提供同學對於植物線蟲學之基本實驗方法及技術。

English Outline：

This course is designed to equip budding plant pathologists, especially undergraduate students, with a more thorough understanding of nematology research approaches and methods.

1. 了解植物線蟲特徵、鑑定方法 2. 具備研究線蟲病害及防治之基礎能力 3. 建立科學態度，能紀錄實驗過程並進行報告撰寫 4. 培養解決問題的能力，將理論應用於實際案例
