本課程提供同學對於植物線蟲學之基本實驗方法及技術。

English Outline：

This course is designed to equip budding plant pathologists, especially undergraduate students, with a more thorough understanding of nematology research approaches and methods.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1. Understand the fundamental importance and concepts of plant-parasitic nematodes associated with plants 2. Identify common plant-parasitic nematodes based on symptoms and morphology 3. Demonstrate competency in experimental approaches and laboratory techniques in plant-parasitic nematode study 4. Understand different plant-parasitic nematode management strategies
