課程大綱Course Description:
植物真菌學實習主要是觀察真菌的形態、特性及其培養、保存的方法,其內容包含:
1. 學習並熟悉無菌操作能力。
2. 學習分離、培養與觀察主要植物病原真菌。
3. 熟悉顯微鏡觀察與真菌鑑定的基本技能- 真菌菌絲、真菌胞子。
4. 培養獨立進行病害診斷與檢測的能力。
English Outline:
The course primarily focuses on observing fungal morphology, characteristics, and methods for cultivation and preservation. The contents include:
1. Learning and practicing aseptic techniques.
2. Learning how to isolate, culture, and observe major plant pathogenic fungi.
3. Acquiring basic skills in microscopic observation and fungal identification — including fungal hyphae and spores.
4. Developing the ability to conduct plant disease diagnosis and pathogen detection independently.
