課程大綱Course Description：

本課程在介紹資訊管理的基本概念、資訊系統管理者應具備的基本素養與理念、系統規劃與發展、資訊系統效能評估、及各種資訊系統在組織與管理的重要性與其應用，並強調資訊資源的有效運用及如何善用資訊科技來增進組織的經營管理效能。

English Outline：

This course includes the introduction of information management concept, the basic understanding and capability for an information system manager, the system planning and evaluation, the importance of information systems in organization and management. It also indicates how to efficiently utilize information resources and apply information techniques to enhance the performance of management.
