本課程主要目的為建立學生對微積分的邏輯思考、計算演繹、及應用能力,做為學習專業課程(如食品工程原理)之基礎。課程內容包括:(1)基礎數學複習,(2)函數的極限與連續,(3)導函數,(4)超越函數的導函數,(5)導函數的應用,(6)積分。

This main purpose of this course is to build students ability to think logically, deductively, and apply calculus as the basis for learning professional courses (such as Principles of Food Engineering).
