課程大綱Course Description:
通識教育是通才教育、博雅教育、品德教育,也是美學教育,不但是要學貫中西,也要博貫古今,還要上通天文,下知地理。一般課程受限於時間與經費,所學總是有限。因此舉辦此通識大師講座,聘請國內頂尖的大師級人物,利用最短的時間,從各方面增加各位的修養與認知。
English Outline:
General education, it is means liberal education, learned and accomplished education, moral education and esthetics education. This education not only learned from orient through west, but also know extensive from now on through the past. General course is limit to time and funds, it is always limited to study. So, we hold this great master lecture class of general education. Utilize the shortest time, we increase everybody\s training and cognition from every side.
本科目教學目標Course Objectives:
本系以培育食品加工研發、發酵生技及品管檢驗人才為教學主軸,採理論與實務並重原則,著重基礎能力,並加強食品專業知識與技術之傳授,以培育食品專業人才。設有兩大學程,分別是發酵學程及活性天然物學程。大學部以培育食品科學理論與實務並重的專業人才為重心,並促進多元文化學習,提升學生學習效率與品質,加強學生基礎學科及語文能力,促進國際學習交流,使其畢業後即可投入職場。
