近年來受到氣候變遷的影響，水資源管理已成為世界各國重要議題之一。如何維護水資源的永續利用，已成為國家永續發展的必要政策。因此，本課程針對水資源政策、環境發展、永續經營及水土保持等面向進行詳細說明，本課程旨在培養水資源相關專業人才素養。

English Outline：

In recent years, countries around the world have been significantly affected by climate change, making water resources management a critical issue. Ensuring the sustainable utilization of water resources has become imperative for a country's sustainable development. Therefore, this course offers detailed explanations on water resources policy, environmental development, sustainable management, and soil and water conservation. The course's objective is to nurture professionals in the field of water resources.
