本課程重點為材料原理與材料工程。材料原理為原子鍵結、原子配位、結晶構造、結晶缺陷、機械性質、相圖與微結構。結構材料包含金屬材料、陶瓷材料與半導體材料。
English Outline:
The main purposes of this course are to introduce the principle and engineering in solid material. The course includes atomic structure, imperfections, mechanical properties, phase diagrams. Structured materials are composed of metal alloys, ceramics, composites, and semiconductor.
